Second Saturday’s at One Green World!
In addition to our regular winter and spring hours, our store will be open every second Saturday from June through December. Visit us on these Saturdays and enjoy samples of in-season fruit. We’ll also have plants, books, and supplies for sale.
January 8 & 9 - ONE GREEN WORLD OPENS FOR THE SEASON
Our retail store will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4:30 PM until May 15. We’ll be open on the second Saturday of the month from June through December.

Arguably the biggest and most diverse plant sale in Oregon, bring your garden cart or wagon and fill it with great plants. Hundreds of local nurseries offer everything imaginable, from exotic ornamentals to bedding plants and vegetables. We will have a large booth full of our unique shrubs and vines.

ONE GREEN WORLD NURSERY
Bring the kids, grandkids, family and friends to this unique and special event. Our Harvest Festival features a great selection of fruit, fruit juice, and delicious, fruit-based ice cream and sorbet. Taste Seaberry and Honeyberry juice, Grapes, Hardy Kiwi, Asian and European Pears, Apples, Pawpaw, Quince and much more. Plus you can take a guided tour of our home orchard and take home plants for fall planting.

February 6, 9AM-Noon - PRUNING
A useful, hands-on class at the Home Orchard Society Arboretum, you will learn the best pruning practices for a wide variety of fruit trees.
February 21, 9AM-2PM - GRAFTING
Workshops are offered to both beginners and those who already have some grafting experience and want to sharpen their skills.
March 7 - SPRING EVENT AND SCION EXCHANGE
ALDER CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL, MILWAUKIE
A one-of-a-kind event for both beginning fruit gardeners and experts. A great place to pick up a scion of a unique variety and have it grafted or graft it yourself. In addition to the 100’s of fruit varieties available, you can meet and learn from the many HOS members in attendance.
